2. Informational Purposes Only
Website content is provided for general educational and administrative information. A provider-patient relationship is established only through PPWG's applicable clinical intake, acceptance, consent, and care processes.
Website communications should not be understood as a clinician's acceptance of responsibility for your care.
5. Automated and AI-Assisted Features
The Website may offer an automated informational assistant, including the Aliigo Business Agent. Automated responses are provided for general information and administrative navigation. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical advice, diagnosis, clinical triage, or an emergency service.
Do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical history, insurance or member numbers, government identifiers, or other private medical information into a public automated assistant. Use PPWG's designated secure channels for patient or medical information. PPWG may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue automated features at any time.
6. Communications and Secure Services
General email, public contact tools, and public Website features may not be appropriate for confidential medical information. Do not submit protected health information through a channel unless PPWG identifies it as appropriate for that purpose.
Secure questionnaires, document uploads, patient portals, telehealth platforms, and authenticated services may be governed by additional notices and terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account credentials, and notifying PPWG promptly if you believe an account or communication has been compromised.
Electronic communications may be delayed, intercepted, misdirected, or accessed by others. PPWG does not guarantee that a message sent through a general communication channel will be received or reviewed within any particular period.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, modifies PPWG's professional obligations, or limits rights arising from healthcare services under applicable law. Any limitation applies only to Website use and not to the extent prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not apply to claims resulting from PPWG's own acts or omissions to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be shifted.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating solely to Website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.
This section does not alter rights, procedures, or remedies that apply to healthcare services, privacy rights, government complaints, or matters that cannot legally be restricted by contract.

PPWG may update the Website and these Terms. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively when posted or otherwise communicated, unless applicable law requires a different process.
Your continued use of the Website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes to PPWG's Medical Information Privacy Practices are governed by that notice and applicable law, not by this section.
17. Severability, No Waiver, and Assignment

PPWG's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these Terms without PPWG's written consent.
